Our client are currently seeking a proactive apprentice Software Developer to join their development team.
The day-to-day activities of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Coding / developing software
- Thorough testing of all features developed
- Discuss, understand, and interpret the business’ requirements for the system
- Engage flexibly with the software development process
- Providing regular updates on progress
- Engage in all development team activities
- Support the wider analytics team
- Work with other work streams to deliver products
- Communicate with the project team and the wider business
- Contribute to periodic team meetings
- Raise and issues or queries quickly and openly
The role will report to the Product Manager but will also have support from a wider team and a technical lead.
Our client understands that training and self-development are important elements of the apprenticeship and are committed to supporting these things as an integral part of working with them. You will also have opportunities to be involved in the wider business activities and potentially to support client projects where appropriate.
Entry requirements
Grade 4/C or above in GCSE Maths and English.
