Responsibilities: - Respond to helpdesk queries and resolve basic IT issues (hardware, software, network).
- Set up and configure desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Install and update software applications.
- Assist with user account management and password resets.
- Support IT projects such as system upgrades and deployments.
- Maintain accurate documentation of support requests and solutions.
- Follow company IT policies and security procedures.
- Complete all apprenticeship training modules and assessments.

We are looking for an IT Support Apprentice who will provide first-line technical support to our staff, gaining core IT skills through hands-on experience. Our apprenticeship program offers a salary of £20,000 per annum, with 35 working hours a week, Monday to Friday.
