Location: Guildford, GU4
Salary: £20,000 per year
Hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week (3 days in office, 2 days at home)
Qualification: Level 3 IT Support Technician Apprenticeship
Eligibility Requirements (please read before applying):
To be considered for this apprenticeship, you MUST meet the following criteria:
- Not have extensive experience working in a ICT-related role.
- Not already hold a ICT qualification at Level 3 or higher.
- Not currently in full-time education (e.g., college or school). Applicants should be ready to start the apprenticeship immediately.
**Experience such as 4+ months within an IT/Computer related role IS deemed overqualified due to the nature of the course. Any applicants that apply where this is relevant, will be rejected**

Are you enthusiastic about IT, eager to learn, and ready to start your career in technology? We're hiring for an IT Apprentice opportunity where you’ll gain hands-on experience providing first-line support, managing IT systems, and helping users while working towards a recognised Level 3 qualification.
You’ll be part of a friendly team, receiving full guidance and support, and will develop the technical and professional skills needed to become a confident IT Support professional.
Key Responsibilities
As an IT Support Technician Apprentice, you’ll learn to:
- Provide first-line IT support
- Log and resolve support tickets
- Support Microsoft 365 users
- Set up and maintain IT equipment
- Escalate issues where required
- Configure cloud services

- Microsoft 365, Windows, and basic networking knowledge
- Ticketing systems and IT service management

Mandatory Requirements:
- Interest in IT
- GCSE in Maths and English above grade 5
