Overview
We are seeking a versatile and experienced Multi Skilled Tradesman/woman to join our dynamic team. This role involves working across various construction and maintenance projects, requiring a broad skill set and the ability to adapt to different tasks. Responsibilities
- Perform carpentry tasks including framing, finishing, and repairs with precision and attention to detail
- Carry out roofing installation, repairs, and maintenance using appropriate techniques and materials
- Execute construction painting projects, ensuring surfaces are prepared and finished to specification
- Conduct plumbing work such as pipe fitting, leak repairs, and fixture installations
- Undertake masonry tasks including bricklaying, blockwork, and concrete work
- Operate welding equipment for fabrication and repair purposes, adhering to safety standards
- Apply electrical experience for basic wiring, troubleshooting, and fixture installation
- Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively across various trades
- Engage in fabrication activities involving cutting, shaping, and assembling materials
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met while maintaining safety protocols
- Must have **own tools and equipment**

Qualifications
- Proven experience in multiple trades such as carpentry, roofing, plumbing, masonry, welding, or electrical work
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in construction and maintenance tasks
- Strong understanding of fabrication processes and materials
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications accurately
- Excellent organisational skills with the capacity to prioritise tasks effectively
- Good physical fitness with the ability to perform manual labour in various environments
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in trades such as carpentry or electrical work are advantageous but not essential
- A proactive attitude with a commitment to safety standards at all times
