We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our Foundation Apprenticeship programme. This is a hands-on role where you’ll gain real site experience while training towards a career in construction. The ideal candidates must be aged between 18-21 and be a resident of the London Borough of Camden

What You’ll Do

Assist with site preparation and general tasks
Support tradespeople (bricklayers, carpenters, etc.)
Handle tools, materials, and equipment safely
Follow health & safety procedures
Carry out basic labouring duties

What We’re Looking For

Aged 18-21
Resident of the London Borough of Camden
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Reliable and hardworking
Able to work in a team
Interest in construction
Physically fit

(No experience or qualifications required)

Training & Hours

4 days on-site, 1 day training
Minimum 187 hours off-the-job learning
35–40 hours per week
