We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our Foundation Apprenticeship programme. This is a hands-on role where you’ll gain real site experience while training towards a career in construction. The ideal candidates must be aged between 18-21 and be a resident of the London Borough of Camden
What You’ll Do
- Assist with site preparation and general tasks
- Support tradespeople (bricklayers, carpenters, etc.)
- Handle tools, materials, and equipment safely
- Follow health & safety procedures
- Carry out basic labouring duties
What We’re Looking For
- Aged 18-21
- Resident of the London Borough of Camden
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable and hardworking
- Able to work in a team
- Interest in construction
- Physically fit
(No experience or qualifications required)
Training & Hours
- 4 days on-site, 1 day training
- Minimum 187 hours off-the-job learning
- 35–40 hours per week
