Job Summary
Anderson Brookes are one of the fastest growing Insolvency Practices in the UK. As part of our continued growth, we are looking to add 3 Trainee Sales Executives to our successful Corporate Insolvency team based in Adlington, Chorley. The role is an exciting opportunity for motivated and ambitious individuals, interested in starting or further developing a successful career in sales.
The role will involve both on-the-job and classroom-based training, aimed at giving you a thorough understanding of the corporate insolvency advice process whilst building your communication, negotiation and closing skills to become a self-sufficient, high performing sales executive, in a fast paced, competitive environment.
Duties
You will learn to:
- Engage with clients at Director level
- Conduct ‘fact-finding’ discussions with Company Directors
- Identify & consider the needs of your clients
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to meet the needs of potential clients.
- Use cloud-based case management software
- Effectively use negotiation and objection handling techniques
- Effectively manage your time to achieve the best results
Customer Service Qualification – Fully Funded Training
In addition to the practical, work-based training you receive at Anderson Brookes, you will also be enrolled on to a fully funded Customer Service course with our external training partners.
Our training providers will facilitate all tutoring, mentoring, course materials and exam preparation training needed. You will be given time to attend remote group learning sessions, personalised one-to-ones, and exams during your normal (paid) working hours
