About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated Level 5 People Professional apprentice to join our dynamic team at Combe Grove. You will support the organization in meeting its objectives through various people initiatives, utilizing data to provide insights and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expertise on people-related matters, including policies and employment law interpretation.
- Contribute to the review and update of people policies and processes.
- Play an active role in recruiting and developing talent across different roles.
- Employ evidenced-based decision-making and stay updated on emerging people trends.

Working Times
Total 40 hours per week, working eight hours between 08:30-17:00, five days a week.
