Role: IT Support Apprentice
Location: Sutton Coldfield
Wage: £6.40 per hour
Hours: 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday - 9am - 5pm

Brief description of the role

Key responsibilities

Using your technical acumen and critical thinking skills, you will troubleshoot and analyse technical issues and situations reported by users, aiming to resolve them efficiently and effectively.
Learn the basics of hardware repairs across a varied range of devices and operating systems.
Inform customers via phone or email of updates and progress for their incidents and requests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring users are informed and satisfied.
Complete administrative duties related to asset management and peripheral stock to ensure that our IT resources are well-maintained and available when needed.
Maintaining our CRM system and supporting updates on the system.
Ensuring requests are dealt with quickly and efficiently, while prioritising tasks based on the impact to the customer
