Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sponsorship & Partnership Intern to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about events and has a keen interest in developing their skills in sponsorship and partnership management. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in identifying and researching potential sponsors and partners for our events - Develop and maintain relationships with existing sponsors and partners - Create sponsorship and partnership proposals and presentations - Coordinate and manage sponsor and partner deliverables, ensuring all commitments are fulfilled - Assist in negotiating sponsorship and partnership agreements - Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sponsor and partner benefits and maximize exposure - Attend events and assist with on-site sponsor and partner management - Conduct post-event evaluations and provide recommendations for future partnerships - Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities in sponsorship and partnership management Requirements: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Events Management or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time-management abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is a plus - Knowledge of the events industry and sponsorship/partnership management is desirable - Must be eligible to work in the UK Benefits: - Gain hands-on experience in sponsorship and partnership management - Opportunity to work with top industry professionals and build a network - Develop skills in event planning, marketing, and negotiation - Receive training and mentorship from experienced professionals - Possibility of extension or permanent employment based on performance If you are a self-starter with a passion for events and a desire to learn and grow in the sponsorship and partnership field, we want to hear from you!
