About Supersend
Super Send is a high-growth, pre-venture startup building an on-demand food delivery app to resolve the structural challenges of the modern food delivery ecosystem. We are reimagining traditional logistics to create a more profitable model for operators and customers alike. We are a lean, focused team of builders currently in an intensive launch phase as we prepare for a micro pilot based in Chicago. Our mission is to move beyond the status quo and establish a more effective standard for urban commerce.
Chicago, IL | 15–20 Hours Per Week | 4 Positions Available
Do you want to do work that matters, alongside a founder who will involve you in the ground-floor execution of a new economy? Are you a high-energy communicator who thrives on the challenge of the "first contact" and the strategy of winning over new partners? You’ve come to the right place.
Your Impact
As a member of our Summer 2026 cohort, you will work directly within the Founder’s Office to correct the structural challenges within the food delivery ecosystem. You will serve as a professional representative of the firm, ensuring our market entry and pilot preparations are executed with absolute precision.
Strategic Market Activation (80% of Role) You will be the primary engine for partner engagement and relationship initiation, gaining a front-and-center view of the full sales cycle.
- Full-Cycle Pipeline Execution: Working from a strategically identified partner list, you will own the initial outreach and communication. You will be responsible for moving potential partners through the funnel—from first contact to successful engagement—using a sophisticated, multi-touch approach.
- Direct Field Conversion & Engagement: You will represent the firm on-site at premier restaurant locations throughout Chicago. You will be responsible for articulating our core value proposition to decision-makers, navigating gatekeepers, and driving the initial conversions that anchor our partner network.
- Investor Operations: You will support capital-raising efforts by developing and maintaining a comprehensive Investor CRM, conducting market research, and preparing data-driven briefs to support executive outreach.
Project Execution & Pilot Readiness (20% of Role) You will provide the administrative and operational infrastructure required to move the firm from "pre-venture" to "active pilot."
- Execution Against Project Plans: You will help execute complex project plans with clear goals and expected outcomes, ensuring the firm is prepared for the logistical demands of a live market launch.
- Operational Coordination: You will coordinate the scheduling and administrative workflows necessary for a successful launch, ensuring all partner documentation and physical staging are completed with extreme attention to detail.
- Active Pilot Support: During the execution phase, you will support specific workstreams based on firm needs, which may include Partner Success (onsite vendor support), Order Coordination, and Data Capture.
Your Growth
In return for your drive and curiosity, we provide a front-row seat to the founding of a venture. This is a high-performance apprenticeship designed for those who intend to lead their own organizations in the future.
- Front Seat of a Fast-Paced Startup: You will operate in a dynamic environment where you will "see it all." From the logic behind high-stakes strategic pivots to the granular details of live market execution, you will gain an unfiltered understanding of how a business is built from the ground up.
- Executive Apprenticeship: You will work directly with the CEO, shadowing high-level calls to observe the mechanics of venture building and understand the "why" behind executive decision-making.
- Mentorship & Feedback: We foster a culture of apprenticeship. You will give and receive frequent mentoring and targeted feedback to ensure your own growth, achieve work objectives, and contribute to the team’s overall effectiveness.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Typically enrolled in an undergraduate or advanced degree program with a focus on Sales, Professional Selling, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Problem Solving & Autonomy: Ability to structure and organize ambiguous problems and tasks, with the discipline to initiate work independently and see it through to completion.
- Fast-Paced Environment: A proven ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic business environment where needs may change or evolve over time.
- Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style to suit different professional seniority levels.
- Professional Polish & Presence: You serve as a credible representative of the firm, capable of navigating in-person interactions with restaurant stakeholders with confidence and decorum.

- Work Product-Focused Output: Ability to create high-quality materials, including partner briefs, market research reports, and other written deliverables.
- Exceptional Time Management: Ability to meet responsibilities in a largely autonomous
environment; must be capable of navigating the city to various locations for field-based tasks.
This role requires the ability to navigate various neighborhoods across Chicago. You may need to use personal or public transportation to reach partner locations, which includes prolonged periods of sitting, standing, or walking during field-based outreach and pilot execution.
