Our programme:
While working on a variety of iconic projects, you will undertake a comprehensive development programme with structured learning design to build your technical and behavioural skills.
You will study for a degree in on a part time basis for a career in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Estimating or Building Services Engineering while working in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Mentorship and support are provided throughout the apprenticeship. By working alongside experienced professionals, you will gain valuable insights and be given the skills to succeed. You will be a fundamental part of the team and given opportunities and responsibilities to learn and develop.
Multiplex's apprenticeship programme will commence in September 2026, the duration is five years for Quantity Surveying and Construction Management and six years for Building Services Engineering.

Application Process:
The Multiplex Degree Apprentice application process is an exciting opportunity to showcase your strengths across four key stages. It kicks off with a simple application (CV and short form), followed by a gamified online assessment designed to challenge your problem-solving skills. Next is a video interview, and if successful, you'll be invited to a dynamic and exciting assessment centre where you'll collaborate on real-world scenarios, meet our team, and gain valuable insight into what it's like to build your career with Multiplex.
Applications for Degree Apprenticeship positions close on Friday 10th of March 2026.
Entry Grades
If you are applying for Construction Management or Quantity Surveyor at the University of Westminster, you must have:
- 104+ UCAS points;
- Five GCSEs grades 4/C or above including English and Math's (or equivalent qualifications)
If you are applying for Commercial Management at London South Bank University you must have:
- A Level DD or;
- BTEC National Diploma PPP or;
- Access to HE Diploma with 21 Merits or;
- Level 3 Apprenticeship in related subject or;
- Equivalent level 3 qualifications worth 64 UCAS points
- 5 GCSE's including Maths and English (C or above) or equivalent (reformed GCSEs grade 4 or above)
If you are applying for Building Services Engineering at London South Bank University you must have:
- A Level BBC - Must include Mathematics and preferably a Science in either Chemistry or Physics (UCAS points: 112)
- T-level (Merit or above) in Construction: Design, Surveying and Planning. (UCAS points: 120)
- BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma DDM in an Engineering subject area, with a minimum of merit in Mathematics and Further Mathematics. (UCAS
- points: 128)
- BTEC Level 3 National Diploma D*D* in an Engineering subject area, with a minimum of merit in Mathematics and Further Mathematics. (UCAS points: 112)

Entry requirements
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- You must be eligible to work in the UK with a valid work permit. Unfortunately, we cannot offer visa sponsorships.
- To qualify for this programme, you will need to have a minimum of three A-Levels/or equivalent.
