We are offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Duct Fitters mate or Apprentice Route. You’ll learn from experienced professionals, gain practical on-site experience, and work towards a nationally recognised qualification in ductwork installation.
What You’ll Learn
- Install, assemble, and repair ventilation and air conditioning duct systems.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
- Measure, cut, and shape ductwork components using hand and power tools.
- Assist with the fitting and sealing of ducts on construction sites.
- Learn about health & safety standards and environmental regulations.
- Develop teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
You’ll be trained both on-site with real-world experience
About You; We’re looking for someone who is: Enthusiastic and eager to learn a trade.
- Punctual, reliable, and willing to work hard in all weather conditions.
- A good team player with a positive attitude.
- Able to follow instructions and work safely.
