LTSB is a social mobility charity and we work with major firms across the UK in a range of sectors including Business, Finance, Data & Technology, Customer Advisor, Marketing & Law to offer meaningful employment opportunities to young people from underserved communities.
Here’s how it works.
Our Law programme provides an alternative route into the traditionally exclusive legal industry through a 8-week, part-time bootcamp. The programme offers a blend of employability skills development, exclusive networking opportunities, and specialised training with BPP University Law School.
Successful completion of the 8-week bootcamp means you will secure a guaranteed interview with one of our industry leading employment partners, for an apprenticeship or permanent role offering at least the National Living Wage.
Gain direct access to some of the leading law firms in the country and network with experienced legal professionals in a variety of specialisms; from criminal law to family law. Previous participants in this programme have gone on to secure positions such as paralegal apprenticeships, solicitor apprenticeships and legal clerk positions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Educated at a state school (non fee-paying)
- Live in London
- Received free school meals and/or require additional support to access careers
- 5 GCSEs at grade 4 or above including Maths & English
