Overview:
We are seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to join our team, based in our remote office in Bower Hinton, Somerset TA12 6LG. Would be perfect for someone looking to start an apprenticeship.
Duties:
- Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will support ongoing Operations within the office, to include basic administration work.
- Preparation for a variety of large projects, to include materials, labour and equipment.
- Assist with monitoring project progress to ensure costs remain in budget.
Skills to Include:
- Effective communication both oral and written.
- Organising, problem solving and negotiating.
- IT including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Power-point.
