We're in the market for a new superstar Sous Chef to join the team at The Bull at Barton Mills. The pub and hotel has come on leaps and bounds and it feels like now is the perfect time to extend the kitchen team to accommodate for a new Senior Sous Chef.

The ideal Sous Chef would slot in below the Head Chef, deputising running the kitchen during the Head Chef's absence. The successful candidate will showcase a passion for all things fresh and seasonal produce, as well as have a proven track record with managing teams, ordering, rotaing and general kitchen management.
