Working Hours – Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm

What you will do:
This is a 5 year programme (based on progression) which includes 42.5 hours per week with release for university attendance at Anglia Ruskin University to complete a BSc (Hons) in Environmental Management.
Upon joining the scheme, you will embark on a comprehensive entry-level training program designed to equip you with everything you’ll need to become a valuable member of the sites environmental function.
You will be mentored by industry experts, engaging in hands-on projects and supporting with environmental matters and our sustainability commitment, all whilst working towards a BSc (Hons) in Environmental Management with Anglia Ruskin University.
What you will need:
· Be enthusiastic about environmental matters and a career in the food industry.
· Be reliable and committed to completing a 5 year apprenticeship
· 2 A Levels or BTEC in a relevant subject and a minimum of Level 2 in English and Maths
· Experience within an environmental role is beneficial
Pay and benefits:
· Salary: Starting salary of £24k per annum, to be reviewed throughout the apprenticeship.
· BSc in Environmental Management on completion of the apprenticeship, with opportunities for further training progression
