kitchen cabinet assemblers / apprentice bench joiner
Role & Responsibilities in brief:
- Basic carcase manufacture: cut/edge/assembly.
- Installation of internal carcase systems & storage solutions.
- General organisational
- Ability to work within a team
- Ability to use own initiative
- Ensuring all items are kitted with furniture to be dispatched.
- Offloading inward goods.
- Punctual
Salary Terms:
- Salary is PAYE and will be based on Age, experience, and level of training required.
- Age 23+ £85 - £96 per day
- Age 18 - 23 £7.49 - £8.80 per hour
- Age 16 -18 £4.81 - £5.80 per hour
Definite Requirements:
- Workshop experience on bench joinery and/or cabinet making.
Desirable Qualities/Skills:
- Clean driving licence.
- Forklift safety/handling accreditation.
- Joinery: 1 year (preferred) but not essential
- Carpentry: 1 year (preferred) but not essential
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £11.44-£15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 41.25 per week
