- Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm.
- Location: Hackney, London, E5 8FE
- Qualification: Housing & Property Management Level 3 takes approximately 18 months.
What will my average day look like?
You will be part of the Residential Property Management and supporting with general administration in a number of different areas including Property Maintenance, and Property and Block Management. Your daily tasks will include:
- Logging complaints and maintenance issues
- Communicating with tenants and providing regular updates
- Visiting properties for inspections or maintenance orders and liaising with contractors
- Organising inventories and property cleans
- A minimum of 6 hours per week spent completing apprenticeship work which includes assignments, research, and training within your role

What skills/qualities do I need?
- Strong interest in commercial real estate or asset management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
HOW does the Apprenticeship work?
You’ll work towards a Housing & Property Management Level 3 Qualification, attend 1-2-1 monthly Teams meetings to learn key modules and discuss your progress. All your apprenticeship work is completed in the workplace during your working hours.
