Join our dynamic HR team as an Apprentice and gain invaluable experience across all facets of HR within a growing and supportive business. This role is your opportunity to learn, develop, and make a real impact all while building the foundation for a rewarding career in HR.
This role offers a blend of hands-on experience and learning opportunities. Working alongside our HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and Heads of HR supporting them with key projects, employee engagement activities and processes. From helping managing data and systems to supporting the business, you’ll gain exposure to critical areas of HR while contributing to the success of our people and business.

What you will do
No two days will be the same. We do not wait for opportunities, we make opportunities – in this role you will develop your own opportunities and objectives for growth alongside the following and more:
Organisational Design & Administration
- Learn how to support organisation design processes, updating our systems to reflect the changes and manage the documentation needed to keep our colleagues updated
- You’ll play a key role in ensuring accuracy and efficiency across key employee processes.
System Maintenance
- Build your knowledge of HR Information systems by maintain employee records, ensuring compliance and accuracy for decision making.
Employee Administration
- Work closely with our colleagues and managers to ensure they have a seamless experience, from new joiner processes to tracking engagement and changes.
Stakeholder Management
- Work with teams across the business on different HR projects and contribute to initiatives that enhance our workplace culture
MI and Data Production
- Support the team in generating reports and identifying meaningful insights to support decision making.
Who we are looking for
- A people person, who enjoys working in a team and supportive others
- A self-starter who can manage tasks independently and takes pride in delivering high quality work.
- An organised problem solver with great attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively. –
- A decision maker – you will be able to make timely and well thought out decisions considering facts, goals, constraints, and risks.
- Be passionate about starting a career in HR and committed to your personal and professional growth
No prior HR experience is necessary – we’ll help you develop the skills and knowledge you need. All we ask is that you bring enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

We need someone with excellent communication skills across all mediums, is confident, shows integrity and can exercise level-headed judgment and use initiative when required.
