RPS is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Architecture team as an Apprentice. The role will be based in our Birmingham office. The position will suit someone with a real interest in Built Environment or Architecture.

What you’ll be doing
You will have the opportunity to work on the Design of the construction projects and the following:
- Produce drawings and Revit models for detailed design for each phase of building construction including planning, tender and final issue.
- Produce drawings and models for the use in site design and development.
- Manage the control and distribution of both internal and external contractor drawings.
Who we’re looking for
To be considered for our apprentice programme you will need:
- Either a Level 3 Apprenticeship with a minimum of 5 GCSEs grade 5 or above (or equivalent) which includes English and Mathematics.
- Either a Level 4 Apprenticeship with a minimum of 48 UCAS points from the following: GCE A and AS Levels with at least one subject at A Level, BTEC National (Diploma or Extended Diploma) in a relevant subject, Access to HE, or Scottish Higher / Advanced Higher with at least one subject at Advanced Higher.
- For a Level 6 degree course, the required qualifications and UCAS points must align with the University provider’s guidance (two of which must be A-levels and atleast three GCSE’s at grade 4 which is a C or above, which must include English and Maths). Dependant on acceptance from the University provider.
- Exhibit strong communication skills and collaborative teamwork abilities.
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
- Have a desire in Art, Design or Technology.
