As an Apprentice Branch Assistant, you will gain experience across a variety of functions, including Warehouse/Logistics, Trade Counter, and Internal Sales. This isn’t just a job - it’s a chance to gain hands-on experience, learn valuable skills, and build a solid foundation for your future career.

What will you do?
- Provide excellent customer service to customers over the phone and face to face
- Manage stock in and out - order processing, picking and packing, store transfers & stock control
- Serve customers on the Trade Counter
- Internal Sales - making sales calls to a portfolio of existing and new customers and work with the external sales team
- Carry out sales administration duties - raising quotations, following up on quotations & processing customer orders
- There will be a requirement to work in the warehouse, as such you may have to be involved at times in some heavy lifting whilst picking and packing orders and dealing with goods in/out loading delivery vans
- Continuously enhance product knowledge by learning and keeping up to date with new products entering the market
