Application Deadline: 17 April 2026
Department: Finance
Location: Fleet
Compensation: £26,095 / year
Description
This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate to begin their finance career. Learning the ropes from the ground up, you will be trained initially on finance processes such as accounts payable and credit control, moving onto more complex accounting processes as you develop. Every step of the way you will be guided by our senior finance leadership team on best practice, and will learn about all the tools and systems you need to do the job properly. Along with your on-the-job learning, we will support you through your finance qualifications, most likely starting with AAT before moving onto ACCA/CIMA in future years when you're ready. Our aim is that you'll be with us for the long term and will eventually become a fully qualified accountant with us. This is a brilliant opportunity to work within a small, focused finance team where you will work closely with our Financial Controller, Finance Manager and Finance Director, gaining the benefit of their deep experience to help you develop and grow your skill set, with real progression opportunities available as you do so.
In order to apply for this role you must meet ALL of the following criteria. If you don't, please don't apply as you will not be selected for interview:
- University graduate. Any subject will be considered but an accountancy or finance related qualification will be an advantage.
- Permanent right-to-work in the UK. We are unable to sponsor this role now or in the future, so you must have existing right-to-work ie a British or Irish passport, or full settled status.
- Currently living within a 45 minute commute of our office in Fleet, Hampshire and willing to work onsite 4 days per week. We are not looking to relocate anyone from elsewhere in the country for this role and cannot consider it as a remote role.
- Comfortable with the salary on offer, which is £26,095. We are unable to negotiate on this number.
