What You’ll Do:

In 2025 we will be offering internship placements across a number of areas within Finance. Some of the tasks you will be performing include:

• Assisting with financial and insurance accounting.
• Support financial analysis and data-driven insights to help guide key business decisions.
• Work on projects, improvement initiatives and small change whilst supporting the wider finance teams.
• Contribute to the preparation of reports for our stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain exposure to various areas of the business, including underwriting, claims, and operations.
• Liaising with brokers and processing cash receipts into the policy admin systems
• Performing reconciliations as part of the month end close process
• Supporting the Company Secretarial team with producing documents and meeting minutes
• Validating and processing of vendor invoices for prompt payment
• Validating employee expense claims against company policy

What We’re Looking For:

• Passion for Finance: A strong interest in finance, accounting, or economics and a desire to learn more about the field.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong numerical and analytical skills with an eye for detail.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to present ideas clearly and work effectively in a team setting.
• Proactive and Motivated: Eagerness to learn, contribute, and take on new challenges.
• Qualifications: Currently studying a relevant degree (e.g., Finance, Accounting, Economics) with a strong academic track record. Previous work experience is not required, but a genuine interest in finance and insurance is essential.
