We are working with a leading global upper-mid market boutique investment bank to hire Analysts and AssociatesandVice Presidents to join their team. Our client covers a wide range of sectors, but the roles at these levels would be generalist. The roles offer a pure M&A focus. The positions can be based out of Chicago or New York.
This is a high-impact role within a lean team, offering direct exposure to senior bankers and clients on complex M&A transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execution of M&A transactions, including financial modelling and valuation
• Preparation of client materials (pitchbooks, CIMs, board presentations)
• Managing diligence processes and coordinating with clients and counterparties
• Mentoring junior team members
Qualifications:
• 1–6+ years of experience in investment banking or M&A advisory
• Strong technical skillset (LBO, DCF, merger models)
• Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment
