Business Analyst Jr. Summary
The
Business Analyst Jr. will support training operations by tracking program completion, updating training materials, coordinating classes, and assisting with business process documentation. This role requires strong analytical ability, adaptability, and excellent communication skills.
Business Analyst Jr. Responsibilities
- Update ACE regional training materials and maintain accurate training records
- Track ACE programs, evaluations, content completion, and PRC activity
- Assist with apprenticeship graduations and other department events and activities
- Schedule CPR classes through ICE instructors and coordinate logistics
- Order materials and supplies needed for training activities
- Analyze participation rates and support reporting needs
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Analyze current business processes and workflows
- Assist in developing functional and technical specifications
Required Qualifications
Business Analyst Jr. Qualifications
- Associate’s degree minimum; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3–5 years of relevant analyst or equivalent work experience
- Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
- Experience creating spreadsheets and tracking data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with a professional attitude and demeanor
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience creating dashboards to display reports
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Flexibility to adapt as assignment priorities change
