Apprenticeship: Level 3 Business Administration
Location: Brighton (Office based)
Salary: £18,000 - £20,000
Hours: Full time, 30 - 42.5 hours per week

Responsibilities for an Apprentice
You will assist the management and project teams with:
- Communicating with clients via email and telephone
- Supporting project managers by taking messages and maintaining client relationships
- Following up with suppliers, obtaining quotes, and assisting with ordering materials
- Arranging employee travel and maintaining deliverable status logs
- Labelling, filing, resizing, and archiving photographic records
- Assisting with bookkeeping data entry including expenses, timesheets, and expenditure tracking
- Supporting reconciliation of bank statements
- Inputting data into sustainability and carbon dashboard reporting systems
- Supporting Health & Safety administration including toolbox talks, equipment checks, and risk assessments
- Proofreading presentations, policy documentation, and tender submissions
Apprenticeship Information
You will be enrolled on the Business Administration Apprenticeship, typically completed over 18 months. This includes:
- Regular workplace-based learning supported by your training provider and line manager
- A minimum of 6 hours per week of off-the-job training
- Development of skills, knowledge, and behaviours aligned to the apprenticeship standard
- Completion of a portfolio and end-point assessment
- Functional Skills support in English or Maths if not previously achieved at Level 2
