Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Apprentice Electrician to join our team. Responsibilities
- Assist qualified electricians with installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete tasks.
- Prepare work areas by setting up ladders, scaffolding, or other necessary equipment.
- Follow safety protocols and electrical codes at all times to ensure a safe working environment.
- Learn to read electrical diagrams, blueprints, and technical drawings under supervision.
- Support the team in testing electrical systems for faults or issues and documenting findings.
- Maintain clean and organised workspaces to promote safety and efficiency.
Experience
- No prior professional experience required; however, some familiarity with hand tools and power tools is advantageous.
- Basic understanding of electrical principles or coursework related to electrical studies is preferred but not essential.
- A keen interest in developing skills within the electrical trade is essential.
