Glister UK is a growing Plumbing & Heating company based in Bishops Stortford, working across Hertfordshire, Essex and Cambridge.
We are looking for a motivated Apprentice or Plumbing & Heating Improver to join our team. This is a genuine opportunity to learn the trade properly, gain qualifications and grow within a business that is scaling.
You will initially be working on a school project in Cambridge, alongside experienced engineers.
Role Responsibilities
Assisting with installation of heating and plumbing systems
Copper press-fit pipework (15–32mm)
Supporting plant room and heating installations
Working safely and professionally on site
Learning correct installation methods and industry standards
What We’re Looking For
Aged 16+ and serious about building a career in Plumbing & Heating
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Punctual, reliable and professional attitude
Own basic hand tools (or willingness to invest)
Driving licence preferred but not essential
Previous site experience beneficial but not required
Attitude and commitment are more important than experience — full training and support will be provided.
