Level 3 Business Administrator ApprenticeshipMonday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm 42.5 hours per week
Duration: 18 months
The Role:As an apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience while working alongside experienced staff within the logistics and operations team.
What You’ll Do:- Support transport scheduling and daily delivery planning
- Assist with coordinating deliveries and collections
- Update and maintain logistics and transport records
- Communicate with drivers, suppliers and internal teams
- Support order tracking and delivery confirmations
- Help resolve delivery queries or issues under supervision
- Assist with route planning and scheduling administration
- Ensure documentation is accurate and up to date
- Support general administrative tasks within the logistics function
- Work closely with the logistics and operations teams
- Take part in apprenticeship training, reviews and development activities
Training:- You will complete a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship, delivered by Total Training Provision.
- Training will take place in the workplace alongside your job role, supported by remote learning. This includes online learning, one-to-one sessions and set activities, with structured monthly progress reviews. At least 20% of working hours will be spent on training or study.
