Trainee Asbestos Removal Operative / Construction Operative
Salary:
- from £32,400 (PAYE)
- from £37,700 (Self-employed)
Higher starting rates may be offered to candidates with experience in asbestos. Multi-trade and/or construction experience ESSENTIAL.
About the Role:
Blue A Ltd is seeking honest, self-disciplined, motivated and reliable operatives to join our growing team. This is a trainee-level position with full training provided (including certifications), subject to a training agreement.
The role involves:
- Asbestos removal (primary task)
- Demolition and construction labouring (secondary tasks)
All training, PPE/RPE, and equipment will be provided.
There is the potential for progression into supervisory roles for the right candidates. Supervisor salaries can reach up to £55,000, depending on experience.

Requirements (Must-Haves):
- Good spoken English and reasonable written English
- Category B driving licence with at least 1 year’s driving experience
- Must live within 30–60 minutes of Hemel Hempstead
