About the role:
We are seeking a Livestream Presenter who will also be trained in livestream production. This is a unique opportunity to combine on-camera presenting with behind-the-scenes technical skills, making you a versatile part of our fast-paced creative team.
As a Presenter, you’ll be the face of live shopping events, engaging audiences, showcasing products, and driving sales through your energy, communication, and authenticity. At the same time, you’ll learn how to operate production equipment, manage livestream setups, and ensure smooth, professional broadcasts.
Responsibilities:
- Present live shopping streams on TikTok Shop and other platforms, showcasing beauty and lifestyle products in an engaging and authentic way
- Build rapport with live audiences, answer questions in real time, and drive product conversions
- Learn and assist with livestream production including camera and lighting setup, sound and streaming equipment operation
- Livestream monitoring and technical troubleshooting
- Collaborate with producers, brand managers, and content teams to deliver high-quality shows
- Stay up to date with TikTok trends, beauty/lifestyle content, and social commerce strategies
What we're looking for:
- Confident, engaging, and comfortable presenting on camera
- Strong communication and improvisation skills
- Passion for beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or social media content
- Ability to work on-site in Warrington
- Eagerness to learn technical livestream production skills (no prior experience required – full training provided)
- Highly organised, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Entry requirements:
- 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
- Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject
You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.
If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
