At La Fosse, our mission is to make careers, and the lives they transform, more accessible to all. For over 18 years, we’ve partnered with some of the UK’s most ambitious organisations to build and scale high-performing technology and digital teams.
La Fosse Academy sits at the heart of this mission. We equip individuals with the skills and confidence to thrive in digital careers, while helping organisations unlock long-term value through upskilling, reskilling, and early-career talent programmes.
Our new apprenticeship provision marks the next stage of this journey. It enables people already in work to grow into new roles and supports employers to deliver real business outcomes through high-quality, compliant, and scalable talent development programmes built to last.
The Role
As we scale our apprenticeship offering, robust data foundations and real-time insight are critical to our success. The Data Manager will take ownership of all data processes and systems supporting apprenticeship delivery, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and visibility from enrolment through to completion.
This is a foundational role in a growing programme. You’ll design and embed scalable data infrastructure, lead on ILR submissions and reporting, and provide the insight that enables confident decision-making across delivery, compliance, and performance.
You’ll work closely with internal teams, external partners, and regulators to ensure our apprenticeship programmes are compliant, audit-ready, and set up for sustainable growth.
