The CORE POWER Internship Scheme is designed to provide an unrivalled experience at the cutting edge of innovation. Placements are available across all business units, in the UK and the U.S. From day 1 you will have the opportunity to work with our team as well as partner organisations on work that really matters to the future of maritime nuclear. The Internship Scheme is paid and is expected to run between June and the end of August.

Our ideal candidate is a motivated and detail-oriented individual, recently graduated, with a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, organizational development, or a related field, to join our dynamic HR team.
This position offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the HR process and procedures of our dynamic company. You will be exposed to a broad range of HR initiatives and be developed with the necessary tools, skills, and insights needed to excel as an HR Generalist in the business world. From hands-on project involvement and task management to managing certain HR processes, every step of your journey will build a foundation for your future success. On completion of a successful internship there is the opportunity for this to become a full time role.
Educational and Behavioural Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, organizational development, or a related field.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Basic understanding of HR administration processes.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
