The OpportunityWe’re looking for an intern / early-career Product & Merchandising Lead to help build CULTUR FM’s clothing offering from the ground up.
You’ll be working directly with the founder and senior creatives, with ownership over how products are planned, produced, released, and improved.

What You’ll Be DoingProduct & Range PlanningHelp define CULTUR FM’s core product categories)
Assist in building simple range plans for each drop
Support decisions around what products repeat, evolve, or stop
Ensure product ideas align with brand direction and feasibility
Merchandising & Commercial ThinkingSupport basic costing and margin analysis
Help sense-check pricing against quality and audience expectations
Track sell-through and performance post-drop
Turn feedback into actionable product improvements
Production & Supplier SupportAssist with factory and supplier research
Help manage sampling processes
Track timelines and production milestones
Support quality control processes and approvals
Drop Planning & CadenceHelp plan release calendars alongside the team
Ensure drops are spaced intentionally
Maintain clarity around what’s launching and when
Cross-Team CollaborationWork closely with the Creative / Style Lead on product concepts
Collaborate with marketing on launch planning
Communicate progress clearly to leadership

Are early in your career but serious about fashion as a business
Are organised, detail-oriented, and commercially curious

Are comfortable learning on the job and asking smart questions
You do not need a formal fashion degree — but you should have:
A strong interest in product, supply chains, or merchandising
Some exposure to fashion brands, retail, or manufacturing (study, internship, self-led projects, etc.)
A genuine desire to build something long-term
Compensation & StructureMonthly stipend / modest pay (dependent on experience)
Profit share on clothing releases (details discussed with shortlisted candidates)
