About Mix and Match:
Mix and Match Ltd is a creative drinks event company. We bring people together at live events through the art of impeccable hospitality service, helping world famous brands deliver their marketing messages through live experiences and activations. Joining our team will allow you to take on an integral role in creating and implementing our marketing and social media strategies, as well as affording you the opportunity to participate in the experiential marketing activations of brands the likes of Prada, Warner Brothers, Clarins and Netflix.
Responsibilities:
- Taking on the task of managing our social media marketing, including obtaining raw content from live events, creating digital assets, scheduling campaigns and interacting with followers
- Creating email marketing campaigns to support our social media channels
- Monitoring and analysing campaign performance and offering improvement suggestions
- Creating graphics and visual assets for client pitches, quotes and promotional decks
- Assisting with website updates and SEO optimisation
Desirable skills:
- Competent understanding of social media and digital marking platforms
- An eye for design and competency with digital design tools (Canva, Google Slides etc)
- Basic skills using administrative tools (Google sheets, Microsoft Word, Excel etc)
- Personal time management and organisational skills are a must
- Confident communicating with colleagues and clients verbally and via email
- Awareness of basic photography principles (lighting, focus, composition etc) are a big bonus!
- Past experience working in hospitality (bars or restaurants) is also a plus
- Interest in design and digital aesthetics
- Motivated to learn new skillsets and actively improve current abilities
- Able to work as part of a team and take responsibility for job roles
- Creativity and attention to detail
- Able to self-manage tasks proactively
- Enthusiastic about marketing and digital trends
Entry requirements:
- 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
- Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject
You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.
If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
