Delivering hard services planned PPM programme to include all statutory maintenance as per legal requirement
Respond to all reactive mechanical and building fabric works as per direction from the helpdesk and hard Services Manager
- Carry out all planned works, installations and repairs as per the current regulations
- Provide assistance when required to electrical reactive works as per requirement of the hard services manager and the contract requirements.
- Assist in project planning, estimation and stock control of critical mechanical / building fabric spares
- Work to the site specific Rams for the contract and as detailed within your safety briefings.
- Work as part of team to deliver the highest standards for the client.
- Maintain high customer service standards, working alongside the client and the teams.
Successful candidate will be enrolled with West Thames College (Feltham Campus) and registered on the Level 2 Property Maintenance standard.
Job Type: Apprenticeship
Pay: £8.00-£15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
