Your work will be used for YouTube videos, internal training, onboarding, and documentation. This is not an observation-only internship. Position Overview
As a Product Education & Tutorial Specialist Intern, you will be responsible for creating screen-recorded tutorial videos that explain how different software tools work.
These tools may include platforms used for marketing, SEO, sales, outreach, analytics, AI, automation, and internal operations. You will learn how these tools are used in real business contexts and then document them in a clear, step-by-step format that others can easily follow.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy learning systems, explaining processes, and building practical, transferable skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and explore various software tools used across the business
- Record screen-based tutorial videos with clear voiceover explanations
- Break down complex workflows into simple, logical steps
- Follow provided templates and guidance for tutorial structure
- Update and improve tutorials as tools or processes change
- Work with internal teams to identify which tools require documentation
Contribute to a growing internal library of educational content
Skills & Requirements
- Comfortable using computers and online software tools
- Able to learn new systems quickly
- Clear spoken English and ability to explain processes simply
- Organised, reliable, and able to follow instructions
- Open to feedback and continuous improvement
Nice to have (not required):
- Familiarity with SEO tools, CRMs, analytics platforms, or AI tools
- Any experience creating tutorials, walkthroughs, or training content
- Basic experience with screen recording software
No degree or prior internship experience is required, full training and support will be provided.
