Job description
We are looking for a Window Shutter Installation Technician to join our growing team based in Watford & surrounding areas. The candidate will work, learn and shadow our current installation team for the first 3 months (or less if skill set is met) in light of carrying out installations un-aided.
The candidate will be installing made to measure solid wood window shutter blinds for our growing customer base. Window shutters come in a range of styles and options, they can be utilised on both windows and doors.
The candidate must have:
- Strong attention to detail
- An understanding home installation techniques (basic handyman services) with proven practical abilities
- Strong communication skills to liaise with customer
- Be presentable, well mannered and in line with our brand ethics
- Be a problem solver: Finding solutions to non-standard windows and out of level windows is a number one priority for this position - Full training on how to overcome non-standard window spacings will be given but having a strong mindset on how to overcome obstacles is desired.
- A full and valid UK driving licence

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
