Job description

We are looking for a Window Shutter Installation Technician to join our growing team based in Watford & surrounding areas. The candidate will work, learn and shadow our current installation team for the first 3 months (or less if skill set is met) in light of carrying out installations un-aided.

The candidate will be installing made to measure solid wood window shutter blinds for our growing customer base. Window shutters come in a range of styles and options, they can be utilised on both windows and doors.

The candidate must have:

Strong attention to detail
An understanding home installation techniques (basic handyman services) with proven practical abilities
Strong communication skills to liaise with customer
Be presentable, well mannered and in line with our brand ethics
Be a problem solver: Finding solutions to non-standard windows and out of level windows is a number one priority for this position - Full training on how to overcome non-standard window spacings will be given but having a strong mindset on how to overcome obstacles is desired.
A full and valid UK driving licence

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
