Highfield is the UK's leading End Point Assessment Organisation for Cabin Crew. We are working with some of the UK's most established brands to ensure apprentices receive a fair and reliable end point assessment as part of their apprenticeship programme.
We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable person who continues to work within the Cabin Crew sector that is looking for a new opportunity to complete end point assessments on learners taking the new Cabin Crew Apprenticeship Standards.
The Role
- Completing complaint and standardised end-point assessments on apprenticeship learners for a range of employers and training providers to regulatory quality standards and prescribed process
- Provide technically competent judgement and decision making against the recognised assessment plan and complete a range of IT and paper-based resources and report documents.
- Grade assessments in accordance with the assessment plan and internal standardisation
- Ensure all documentation and decisions are fully compliant and meet all regulatory and internal standards
- You must keep your CPD up to date, in particular industry experience, keeping up to date with the industry
About You
You do not need to hold a qualification or have any experience of assessment. You just need to be a Cabin Crew expert!
You must have current, relevant occupational expertise and knowledge at the relevant level, gained through 'hands on' experience in the Cabin Crew industry
You should hold a current, valid attestation.
This is a self-employed role where we require a minimum of two days a week, you will be based from home with frequent travel to assessments.
