We have many opportunities for our team members to develop and progress within the business.\n\nYou will start your accounting career, gaining valuable practical experience from day 1 â learning from experienced and talented colleagues. In addition, youâll obtain an accounting qualification (AAT SQCF Level 6) with the help of our training provider Babington.\n\nThe successful candidate will:\n⢠Work towards completing the SQCF Level 6 AAT accounting qualification with support and training provided by Babington. A day a week will be set aside for this learning.\n⢠Use leading digital software to assist our accountants with a variety of bookkeeping processes.\n⢠Assist in the preparation of VAT returns.\n⢠Carry out analysis of clientâs data using Excel spreadsheets.\n⢠Assist with other admin related tasks to support the team and our clients.\n\nWe have a clear route for progression and further qualifications.
