Role Description
This is a full-time Carpenter role. Responsibilities include performing carpentry tasks such as framing, finish carpentry, and the use of power and hand tools. The Carpenter will ensure high-quality craftsmanship, follow project plans and schedules, and collaborate closely with team members to meet deadlines and maintain safety standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in general Carpentry and Finish Carpentry tasks
- Experience with and ability to operate Power Tools and Hand Tools effectively
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to interpret blueprints, project plans, and technical specifications
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to balance time between on-site and remote work as needed
- Previous experience in residential, occupied healthcare, or commercial construction is a plus
Requirements
- Prior experience working for a commercial general contractor with occupied healthcare a plus.
- Skills in drawing review and scheduling.
- Conflict resolution skills a must.
- Exceptional oral and written communication and interpersonal skills essential. Must have the ability to relate and interact with higher-end clientele.
