What You’ll Be Doing
As an apprentice, you’ll learn all about caring for and educating children aged 0–5 while working alongside our experienced team. You’ll:
- Help create fun, engaging play activities that support children’s learning and development.
- Learn how to plan, observe, and support children through the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Join in with songs, stories, messy play, and outdoor adventures!
- Build great relationships with children, parents, and the nursery team.
- Study towards your Level 3 Early Years qualification — with full support and mentoring from us.
We’d Love to Hear From You If You Are…
- Aged 19 or over and excited to start a career in Early Years.
- GCSEs in Maths and English at Grade 4/C or above
- Kind, patient, and full of energy.
- A team player with a can-do attitude.
- Passionate about helping children learn, laugh, and grow.
- Reliable, caring, and ready to learn something new every day.
(No previous experience needed — just enthusiasm and a genuine love for working with children!)
