As a Learning Advisor, you'll support, coach and motivate learners through their accountancy apprenticeship, ensuring they develop full occupational competence and successfully complete their programme on time.
Managing a caseload of around 45 learners, you'll deliver monthly 1:1s and quarterly progress reviews, work closely with employers and delivery partners, and provide high-quality pastoral and academic support from onboarding through to EPA.
What you'll do:
- Support learners end-to-end throughout their apprenticeship
- Carry out initial assessments, skills scans and programme onboarding
- Plan and review learning journeys, progress and targets
- Coach learners to achieve, stay engaged and meet programme milestones
- Work with employers to align workplace learning with apprenticeship standards
- Prepare learners for Gateway and End Point Assessment
- Monitor attendance, progress and performance, supporting learners who are at risk
- Maintain accurate records using E-portfolio and tracking systems
- Ensure compliance with ESFA, Ofsted, safeguarding and Prevent requirements
What you'll bring:
- Experience coaching or supporting learners in apprenticeships or work-based learning
- Experience assessing or marking apprenticeship work
- Knowledge of accountancy apprenticeships and qualifications (AAT, ACCA, CIMA, ICAEW)
- Strong organisational, communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence managing multiple learners and deadlines
- Level 2 English and Maths (or equivalent)
- Experience using E-portfolio systems (OneFile desirable)
