Cherry Blossom Preschool is on the lookout for a dedicated and organised Level 3 practitioner or an apprentice eager to work towards their level 3 qualification—to join our welcoming team. Main Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of high-quality care and education to children in a preschool environment, ensuring their safety and overall wellbeing at all times.
- Support in the planning and implementation of engaging activities that promote early learning and development, encouraging each child to reach their potential.
- Maintain open and effective communication with parents and guardians, providing updates on children's progress and addressing their needs.
- Work collaboratively with fellow team members to sustain a positive, nurturing atmosphere within the preschool.
- Support the daily operations of the preschool and participate in ongoing staff training and development initiatives.
Person Specification
- Completion of relevant training courses, or willingness to undertake them as an apprentice.
- A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development.
- Excellent communication skills, enabling effective engagement with both children and their families.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
- All successful applicants must complete an enhanced DBS disclosure. Please note it is a criminal offence to apply for a role involving regulated activity if you are barred from working with children.

Hours
We are looking for between 20-30 hours per week (negotiable) All year round.
Salary
