We are seeking a bright & enthusiastic IT Apprentice.
Initially you will be supporting our own in house IT, and as you grow in confidence and knowledge, you will join our amazing technical team, learning how to commission products and support our exciting client base. This will involve training on networking and cloud based solutions.
The ideal candidate:
- Windows server (2012 and onwards)
- Windows Domain management
- Microsoft Hyper V or other virtualization experience /interest
- Microsoft Office
- PC hardware
- Networking
Ability to communicate well in person and over the phone is ESSENTIAL
The Qualification:
LEVEL 3 Information Communications Technician Programme
Learn to:
- Support Internal/External customers
- Install & Configure computer Systems
- Diagnose Hardware/Software faults
- Monitor & Maintain systems
- Optimising performance
Job Type: Apprenticeship
Pay: £7.55 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
