We are seeking a HR Administrator Apprentice to join our growing team at Humbercare. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining HR functions that support our mission. Your expertise will help us attract, retain, and develop talented individuals who are committed to making a difference.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires.
- Utilising HR systems and data to streamline hiring processes and improve candidate experience.
- Supporting and helping to implement HR policies that align with Humbercare’s mission and values.
- Supporting employee engagement initiatives through effective communication strategies.
- Maintaining HRIS databases and spreadsheets to ensure accurate employee records and reporting.
- Assisting in coordinating training programs aimed at staff development and compliance.
Requirements
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups.
- Able to work independently, displaying initiative in solving day-to-day problems.
- Experience with IT skills and systems, including Microsoft Office and reporting software.
- Administrative skills with attention to detail and time management are required.
