What You’ll Be Doing:
- Train and become a super user of the accounting software Xero. You will process invoices on here and record all payments related to the NYOS.
- Maintaining information on Beacon (a CRM system). Beacon holds all information related to fundraising and participants. You will keep the system organised and efficient.
- Being the first point of contact for general enquiries to the office, as well as managing a range of general organisation email accounts. You will collab with other departments as needed to ensure smooth office operations.
- Providing administrative support to the Head of Finance and Administration and the wider NYOS team on Microsoft 365, including management of the Chief Executive’s diary to support the effective management of their workload.
- Working with external IT support to ensure systems and technology are operating securely and effectively, and working with expert support to learn about, implement and ensure GDPR compliance.
- Attend annual spring and summer concerts to provide front of house duties as required, and assisting with ticketing, publicity and general administration in preparation for them.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Organisation skills, and excellent attention to detail
- Good time management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A team player, able to contribute to the team and enthusiastically assist with office tasks.
- A little confidence goes a long way! Self-motivated and keen on managing varied tasks in different business areas
Salary:
£20,000 per annum.
Working week:
- Monday - Friday,
- 9am - 5pm
- 37.5hrs a week.
