We are seeking a HR Administrator Apprentice to join our growing team at Humbercare. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining HR functions that support our mission. Your expertise will help us attract, retain, and develop talented individuals who are committed to making a difference.

Responsibilities

Supporting the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires.
Utilising HR systems and data to streamline hiring processes and improve candidate experience.
Supporting and helping to implement HR policies that align with Humbercare’s mission and values.
Supporting employee engagement initiatives through effective communication strategies.
Maintaining HRIS databases and spreadsheets to ensure accurate employee records and reporting.
Assisting in coordinating training programs aimed at staff development and compliance.

Requirements

Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups.
Able to work independently, displaying initiative in solving day-to-day problems.
Experience with IT skills and systems, including Microsoft Office and reporting software.
Administrative skills with attention to detail and time management are required.
